Draper Teen Charged as an Adult in Sheriffs Deputies' Shootings

UTAH COUNTY PROSECUTORS SAY A TEENAGE GIRL -- CHARGED WITH AGGRAVATED MURDER -- IS JUST AS CULPABLE AS THE DECEASED SHOOTER SHE WAS WITH, DURING A CROSS-COUNTY CRIME SPREE THAT LEFT A SHERIFF'S SARGEANT DEAD... AND A DEPUTY WOUNDED.

INTERIM UTAH COUNTY ATTORNEY TIM TAYLOR SAYS, PROSECUTORS DECIDED TO CHARGE MEAGAN GRUNWALD, 17, AFTER CAREFULLY REVIEWING DASH CAM VIDEOS -- AND OTHER EVIDENCE -- FROM THE JANUARY 30TH CRIME SPREE.

TAYLOR SAYS GRUNWALD WAS THE DRIVER... AND NOT JUST ALONG FOR THE RIDE.

THE DRAPER TEEN IS SCHEDULED TO MAKE HER INITIAL COURT APPEARANCE, MONDAY.

POLICE SAY SHE HAD METH IN HER SYSTEM WHEN SHE WAS ARRESTED.
