Widower Base Jumper Won't be Prosecuted After All

JUST A DAY AFTER FEDERAL PROSECUTORS ANNOUNCED THEY WOULD CHARGE A BASE JUMPER -- WHO WATCHED HIS NEW BRIDE LEAP TO HER DEATH -- THE FEDS HAVE NOW REVERSED THAT DECISION.

MISDEMEANOR CHARGES -- AGAINST CLAYTON BUTLER -- ARE NOW BEING DISMISSED.

THE MAN TOLD PROSECUTORS, HE JUMPED TO REACH IS WIFE OF TWO WEEKS, AFTER SEEING HER PARACHUTE FAIL, WHEN SHE JUMPED FROM A PEAK, OVERLOOKING SOUTHERN UTAH'S ZION NATIONAL PARK.
